• What does being a First-Generation College Graduate mean to you?

I understand the world much better and I have a higher sense of faith in myself. Thanks UCSD!

• What is your proudest moment from your time at UCSD?

In business negotiations class I was elected president and our team was the only team out of 16 teams to negotiate trade with North Korea.

• What advice do you have for current or future first-generation students?

Exercise faith in God.

• Who are the family members, friends or loved ones who have been most influential throughout your college journey? Are there any words of gratitude you would like to share with them?

My mom and my psychologist.

• What do you plan or hope to do after graduating?

Write a book, do an anthropological study on a small city.
