What does being a First-Generation College Graduate mean to you?
To be able to navigate through my 4 years of college without any parental guidance or assistance shows the resilience and flexibility I was able to attain.
What is your proudest moment from your time at UCSD?
Switching to my current major and finding a career path for myself instead of stereotypical expectations.
What advice do you have for current or future first-generation students?
You earned your spot here! You have the right to ask for help without feeling inferior.
