CREATIVE ARTWORKS INTERNSHIP PROGRAM (PAID)
WHO: High School School students ages 14-18
WHAT: We are offering a paid after-school Character Design internship in partnership with Creative Art Works on campus at UAG. This opportunity is for students who have not participated in this internship before. There are 25 spots total, so space is limited. This is a great opportunity to build creative skills, develop portfolio work, and gain paid professional experience.

WHO: Graduating 12th grade Highschool Students
WHAT: The Urban Leadership Fellows (ULF) Program is a collaboration between The Municipal Forum of New York, Inc., and Futures and Options, which enables New York City students to gain valuable hands-on work experience and training in the Municipal Finance industry. This immersive six week summer program exposes graduating high school seniors to the Municipal Finance industry through supported, paid summer internships. The ULF program emphasizes the following: internships and training in municipal finance, one-on-one mentorship, networking activities, and supplemental workshops. Each week focuses on one particular area of interest, including: bond school, issuer & financial advising, legal, rating agencies and insurers, investment banking, and investing.

WHO: Current High school students ages 15-21
WHAT: We are looking for young aspiring artists who are interested in filmmaking, or the media entertainment industry, however, applicants are not required to have experience in film or media in order to be accepted into this program. Film School Fridays Drop-Ins are an opportunity for young filmmakers to connect with peer mentors and craftspeople in the entertainment industry. Sharpen your skills with us, receive tutoring support in editing, cinematography and lighting, storytelling, and screenwriting, and sit in on our Film School Friday Guest Speaker events! This is a safe space to gather, support, create, and learn. This workshop will have 2 lead Filmmaking Instructors with a Special Education background, as well as Reel Works peer mentors for 8 students.

WHO: Current 9th-12th graders girls and nonbinary students.
WHAT: If you’ve ever thought about running your own business, inventing something new, or being part of a movement to create change in the world, Bossgirls is for you! You’ll join a community of other bossgirls like yourself to discover entrepreneurship. You and a team of other bossgirls will focus on a problem, come up with an innovative solution for it, research the market, compare competitors, learn how to price your product & prototype it, and create a brand around your idea. At the end of the program, you’ll pitch your idea to an audience--think Shark Tank without the sharks. All the while, you’ll get to meet entrepreneurs & get advice from expert mentors from Standard Chartered, our program sponsor. And just so your parents know... our goal is to introduce entrepreneurship to you as not only a possible career path, but a mindset that advances any course of learning. Our curriculum puts the customer first, introducing you to a human-centered design approach to problem-solving. You’ll learn how to analyze a problem and find a business opportunity within it. Plus, having this on your resume or college application looks great! Bossgirls is a summer entrepreneurship program from the Zahn Innovation Center at The City College of New York (CCNY) for high school. The program is fully sponsored by Standard Chartered, as part of its Futuremakers Initiative.

CTE INDUSTRY SCHOLARS SPRING 2026 PROGRAM (PAID)
WHO: 9th - 12th grade Highschool Students
WHAT: Work in a paid internship opportunity at a company in the students’ academic field of study, with the NYS minimum hourly wage of $15 per hour. Gain exposure to careers and strengthen your professional network in these fields. Develop technical and employable skills for career success! *Students must complete employment verification to participate. Dates and deadlines will vary each Cohort, please see below
ISP has high expectations for our students.
Students must fully commit to:
Participation in a work readiness training and orientation prior to their internship start.
Working the complete schedule, arriving on time to their internships, and submission of regular timesheets in order to be paid.
Signing the training plan and completion of all evaluations
Completing the internship in its entirety.
Giving their best efforts and always being ready to learn and grow!

WHERE: Internships will be either virtual or in person for selected industries and students should expect to complete assigned tasks to them, attend meetings, and meet various staff members from the organization.
