CTE INDUSTRY SCHOLARS SPRING 2023 PROGRAM (PAID)
WHO: 9th - 12th grade Highschool Students
WHAT: The CTE Industry Scholars Program (CTE ISP) supports CTE high school students in advancing their post-secondary education and career aspirations through valuable work-based learning activities. CTE ISP is comprised of an 80 hour, industry-specific Spring semester internships and a variety of career activities aimed at helping CTE students (ages 16-18) apply their skills in authentic industry settings, while also gaining real-world work experience. The internship experience provided to the students is a paid internship funded by the DOE.

FREEDOM TO REASD TEEN AMBASSATOR (PAID)
WHO: 11th - 12th grade Highschool Students
WHAT: Are you interested in anti-censorship advocacy? Students ages 14-19 are invited to apply for the upcoming four-day, in-person Freedom to Read Advocacy Institute to connect with peers to discuss book challenges, censorship, and intellectual freedom. Have fun while exploring how to be an effective intellectual freedom advocate in your community. Participants will receive a $200 stipend for completing the institute and continuing to work on advocacy projects throughout the year as Freedom to Read Teen Ambassadors.

GIRLS WHO CODE 2024 SUMMER PROGRAMS (UNPAID)
WHO: 9th - 12th grade Highschool Students
WHAT: Virtual Summer Immersion Program
Focuses on an introduction to Game Design, which includes beginner to intermediate CS concepts, fundamentals of user experience design, rapid prototyping, playtesting, and beyond utilizing p5.js, a JavaScript library.
Self-Paced Program
There are three different tracks to choose from: Data Science + AI (Python), Cybersecurity (Python), Web Development (HTML, CSS, & JavaScript). Students can complete independent coursework to earn beginner, intermediate, and advanced-level certificates.

Round 3: July 29 – August 9
Classes meet M-F for 2-3 hours, followed by independent work time and optional Student Hours.

WHO: 14 - 16 Years Highschool Students
WHAT:Berklee is proud to present B4: Black, Brown, and Bound for Berklee, an in-person, fly-in program designed to provide talented scholars from historically underrepresented and underserved communities with a transformative “day in the life” of a Berklee student experience.
This exclusive program is free to accepted participants including travel, housing, and meals. The program takes place June 23–June 28, 2024 on Berklee’s Boston campus. Participants will arrive on June 23 and spend their stay getting to know one another and our community while living in Berklee housing, shadowing students, attending classes and special events, and learning about Berklee’s resources, clubs, and admissions process. Students will depart on June 29. We welcome applications from scholars interested in learning more about Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory at Berklee.

URBAN LEADERSHIP FELLOWS PROGRAM (PAID)
WHO: Graduating 12th grade Highschool Students
WHAT: The Urban Leadership Fellows (ULF) Program is a collaboration between The Municipal Forum of New York, Inc., and Futures and Options, which enables New York City students to gain valuable hands-on work experience and training in the Municipal Finance industry. This immersive six week summer program exposes graduating high school seniors to the Municipal Finance industry through supported, paid summer internships.
The ULF program emphasizes the following: internships and training in municipal finance, one-on-one mentorship, networking activities, and supplemental workshops. Each week focuses on one particular area of interest, including: bond school, issuer & financial advising, legal, rating agencies and insurers, investment banking, and investing.
