Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
LXP is the new statewide training system that will contain a portion of your State Required Compliance Training. You will need to login to the LXP to establish your State of Colorado account in order to access any training offered by the Learning & Development for the State of Colorado.
In addition to LDC offerings, the State is also now offering additional learning opportunities for you to enhance your professional growth through Cornerstone Content Anywhere (CCA). Licenses are limited, so use this CCA Desk Aid to help you log in to search by topic for and take virtual learnings to secure your access.
