Innovation and Strategy
The Strategy team provides project management services to meet DOR initiatives.
The first step in the process for customers to request resources for new initiatives.

User Support
The User Support team provides assistance to the end-users of DRIVES, primarily the county stakeholders. The User Support team provides major incident support for DRIVES and GenTax.
We provide guidance and collect information to troubleshoot issues, identify trends, and provide support for major incidents.
We support major incidents related to applications maintained by ISD during working hours.
Delivery
ISD has three teams that partner with customers, vendors (FAST, OIT, etc.,) and other stakeholders to enhance and refine systems, document and test requirements, and implement changes based on legislative and strategic initiatives.
