The Passport to Performance (P2P) program is an ongoing competency building professional development program for all non-supervisor employees.
P2P empowers employees to lead and own their professional development journey through exploratory learning:
Complete the Explorer's Choice Track - pick and choose any combination of at least six modules of your choosing, plus the foundational course on Emotional Intelligence.
