Howard Building Parking Garage
Employees who intend to park in the Howard Building parking garage must have a parking pass displayed in their vehicle. While an ID badge will grant access to the garage, it's essential to have the pass visibly placed in the car as well. To obtain a parking tag, please follow the link below. After completing and submitting the form, you’ll receive an email confirmation. You can then pick up your tag at the front desk during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM.
General Parking Information
Parking in the garage and on the surface lots is free.
Employees use their ID Badge for access into the parking garage.
CDOR Employee can use only the CDOT Garage and the M1 and M2 surface lot areas.
You can park on any available level in the garage except; third to fourth floors and all of the fourth floor - Reserved for fleet vehicles.
Do not park in RTD Leased, pre-assigned visitor, Transportation Commission, or temporary guest spots (marked as needed).
Restricted Parking for Empower Field Events
June 10, June 27, September 29, November 6, 2025 - Howard Building Parking Restrictions
Day of event, beginning at 5:00 am, no garage or gated lot parking (fleet vehicles only on the fleet level).
No public access to the gated area/loading dock after 5am day of event. Business access, but no parking.
Per the attached aerial map, only green areas are accessible to the Howard Building staff and visitors (CDOT & DOR) until 4pm.
No other weekday events have been set at his time (NFL/Football TBD)
