A: The Howard building move will be employee based communication, not public. The Driver Control team move to Westgate will be shared out to the general public, and available on our websites. The Denver Regional Service Center move will be shared out to the general public
A: Employees that are moving in to Howard in May, should currently have access. Contact your supervisor if you don’t have access and need access in May. All other employees will have the chance to sign up for access in June.
A: General building access starts at 7am until 6pm. If you need access prior to 7am, that should have been provided on your badge access form.
A: You enter the building from the first floor of the parking garage. There are elevators or stairs on the second floor that you can take down to the first floor.

A: If you are not an employee that is dedicated to the Howard office, however you will go to Howard frequently, you will need to fill out the Badge Access Form. If you are an employee that will go in once or twice a year, the host of the meeting or your Supervisor can give you access. You will sign in at the front desk as a guest for the day, and be escorted into the building.
A: Communication was sent out on 4/23/2025 with clarifications. Vehicle Services access will be removed at the beginning of June, if they are non customer facing.

A: There are hoteling spaces for each Division and additional spaces for EDO. There is no current reservation system for the Howard hoteling. Each Division is doing the reserving separately.
