Welcome to the Colorado Department of Revenue Boards and Commissions Toolkit site.  Here you will find the training materials to meet your onboarding and annual training requirements serving on a DOR Board or Commission.

As it relates to annual training, Colorado law requires that each state agency responsible for a statutorily created board, provide annual training for the board members. This annual training is provided here as a video.  This video will be updated each year  and available for your review between the last quarter of each fiscal year - April 1 through July 1. After watching this video, you will need to complete the attestation acknowledging your understanding of the guiding principles relating to serving on a state board.
