Each division at DOR has a designated SOC Learns Support Manager who can help troubleshoot common issues and answer users' questions. Find your Support Manager by clicking the button below.
The Department of Revenue and several other State agencies use Cornerstone LMS to track training activities. Collectively, the system is known as “SOC Learns” (State of Colorado Learns).
DOR uses this system to:
Assign and track mandatory compliance training
Assign and track self-paced, live virtual, and live in-person training modules for professional development
Generate reports on completion rates of all training activities
New Users:
New users will receive an email when their account is active. This can take up to a week after your initial start date.
Access new hire training by following the instructions for Single Sign-On.
When accessing your account for the first time, verify that all of the information is correct, including your name, email address, and division.
Use the Single Sign-On:
Locate the Google "waffle menu" on the top right of your Google Suite screen
Click on the SOC Learns Training Portal icon
Search for training or check "My Training & Transcript " under the Learning tab.
FOR SUPERVISORS:
On the transcript page and other pages, use the “My Team” button to ensure that all your direct reports are listed correctly.
You can also use the "My Team" button to check the status of your team's training.
