The DOR Culture Committee is the new employee organization paving the way forward. This committee will consist of volunteers from various sections, focusing on three essential pillars:
Engagement: Building a more connected and involved DOR community
Recognition: Recognition and celebration of our employees.
Information: Ensuring everyone has access to important information and resources
The Culture Committee aims to create a more connected, engaged, and positive work environment for everyone at DOR while aligning with the DOR Values.
