The Risk Management unit within the Office of Human Resources serves to support supervisors and employees with ADA, Ergonomic assessments and the processing of claims and leave management for Worker's Compensation.
The Risk and Benefits along with the Coordinator are responsible for coordinating the Ergonomic Evaluation procedures between the State and employees.
The State of Colorado partners with Broadspire. Broadspire is the Third Party Administrator (TPA) for Workers’ Compensation cases.
