October 15 Reminder: Review Howard Building Rules
Are you a new DOR employee located at the Howard building, located at 2829 W. Are you visiting Howard, or do you need a refresher on the building’s rules? Please review the Howard Building Guidelines for CDOR Employees and Visitors.
These guidelines cover general building information as well as specifics for DOR's fourth-floor offices. Take note that there are special restrictions for allergies on the 2nd and 5th floors. DOR employees are generally located on the 4th floor, but it’s good to be aware of all Allergens. In particular, throughout the building, please use perfumes, colognes, essential oils, hand/body lotions, sanitizers and sprays, etc., minimally.
The Colorado Department of Revenue will be occupying the fourth floor of the CDOT Headquarters Building and will officially refer to it as the Howard Building for internal purposes. General access hours are Monday through Friday, between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. Be aware of your badge access hours and levels, as informed in your badge access request form.
