Project Goal:
Our goal is to improve the hiring process by automating the customer experience. We plan to accomplish this by implementing the use of existing features in the State-wide system used for filling positions. Replacing the paper 4511 for selection processes will make it easier for customers to request filling of and hiring of positions. Referrals, interviews, etc. will all be done in the system, since the system is all inclusive, we will be able to run reports that accurately track the entire selection process for date of request to fill to start date. This also creates a more accurate system of records for the hiring process being that all information related to the hire will be located in one place. This will enable HR to ensure that we are in compliance with all rules related to the selection process.
Implementation:
The project team has identified three models for implementation, each of those models is explained in more detail below. Once divisions have made a decision as to which model they will use, we will begin assigning roles in the system. We will also be begin training individual based on their assigned roles. All training will be done via the Learning Management System (LMS) and will be assigned in the LMS based on your assigned role.
