**Only leaders who are official supervisors, meaning they approve timesheets and sign off on performance evals, are eligible to be nominated for this award**
"My leader has been participating in the DOR Leadership Elements program where she asked for and received a 360 Degree Feedback Report. My leader has been modeling stellar leadership by actively working to address the feedback she received to make improvements. On top of that, she has been sharing every month what she is learning, incorporating new skills and tools into her leadership style, and including us in her accountability journey. This has already started to reinforce the trust our team has in her and has really made a huge positive impact on the culture of our team."
"With the onset of warmer weather, this leader has embedded an extra focus on "Wellness" into our summer goals. He not only allows us to, but encourages us to build wellness breaks into our calendars AT LEAST twice a week to focus on something that positively impacts our wellbeing. He makes an effort to share pictures or updates when he is taking his wellness breaks to model the behaviors, and asks us at every team meeting what we are doing. He even planned multiple group walk and talk meetings to encourage us to get our steps in while we connect."
