Purchasing & Contracts’ role is to ensure that DOR’s purchases and contracts are compliant with the Colorado Constitution, State law, the Procurement Code and Rules, Fiscal Rules and Department policy and practice.
The Purchasing & Contracts group protects the Department’s, and therefore the State’s, interests by helping to develop legally adequate solicitations and contracts.
