Participants will complete a custom Leadership Elements 360 assessment prior to starting the program to help build goals around areas for focus and development throughout the program.
2 hours for 360 Pre-work assignments.
12 courses + 1 Intro Session = 13 total courses
1 hour sessions = 13 hours of LIVE learning
Monthly shared resources, articles, tools, etc.
Leadership Elements provides an annual total of 20 hours of leadership development programming.
Participants will be provided a comprehensive Accountability Guide to accompany their learning throughout the program to capture goals & reflection, assist in retention of the competency-based learning, and provide documented instances of Accountability challenges and successes.
Participants are required to have been at DOR for at least 6 months prior to starting.
