Friends of Table Mountain: FOTM is a public, mountain users' organisation that focuses on Nature Conservation, Trail Maintenance, as well as Safety and Security.
Sugarbird Trust: The Sugarbird project is a registered public benefit organisation funded entirely by public donations, working in collaboration with SANParks to protect and restore the Cape Floral Kingdom by removing invasive alien plants
SANParks Honorary Rangers: "The Honorary Rangers from the Table Mountain region are typically involved in fund raising to support various projects and wish list items; maintaining the structural integrity of many of the mountain hiking and cycling trails; maintenance of various park infrastructures; visitor safety patrols (vehicular, bicycle and on foot, on Table Mountain and other high visitor areas; environmental interpretation & educational displays at various event; assisting with various scientific research project;, erection of educational signage, graffiti removal off natural rock structures and other park owned infrastructures; alien vegetation clearing; visitor education at Boulders (penguins) and a support function for the TMNP visitor safety K9 unit."
