Three Day Course

This tutorial is based on a CcpNmr Analysis course that spans three whole days. The Extend NMR GUI will be used in the third day and needs therefore to be installed for this part.

Course Organisation

The course is organised in three parts, each planned to take a day:

• Day One

  • • Getting started; Display and navigation; Overview.

    • Molecules; Assigning peaks.

• Day Two

  • • Efficient backbone and side chain assignment.

    • Different spectrum conditions; Relaxation analysis.

• Day Three (using the Extend-NMR GUI)

• • • Making Restraints; NOE assignment; Making structures with ARIA.

    • Violation Analysis; Validation with CING; Making your own scripts.
