Create a new molecule from a sequence

A new molecule can be created from a sequence using the Molecule: Molecules popup, which is accessible through the M: Molecule: Molecules:

To create a new molecule, choose the {Add Sequence} tab, and create the sequence either by entering residues manually or by clicking on the [Read File] button, to read a file containing the sequence information. Click the [Tidy] button for neat display and checking of the entered code.

Create the new molecule by clicking [Add Sequence!], and answer the questions that show up in series.
