Experiments

In the top frame of this tab, it is possible to specify the NMR spectrometers that you sed to run your NMR experiments.  In particular, you can specify the proton frequency (which will automatically update the nominal frequency field), the manufacturer and model for each spectrometer.  You can also indicate the serial number and additional details about the spectrometer (such as unusual probes used).

You can add all the NMR experiments used to collect your data in the bottom frame.  This includes experiments used to obtain the data in the NMR Data tab, peak lists and any experiments that were required to gather your constraint sets (inter-proton NOE's, J couplings, RDC's, etc.).  For each experiment, you can select the sample, NMR condition set and NMR spectrometer that was used to collect the data.  It is also possible to toggle the experiments to be submitted or not by double clicking in the Submit? field or using the various buttons at the bottom of the frame.  Because some experiments were used to produce any peak lists that you submit, those experiments cannot be toggled off so you will always have to submit a minimal list of experiments if you include any peak lists.  If you have used analysis (FC?), a lot of this information will already be filled out for you.

The Experiments tab.

The top frame is for adding NMR Spectrometers and the bottom frame is for adding experiments.
