Copy assignments between molecular chains
Instructions
To copy assignments from one chain to another chain (in the same or in another molecular system), open the Assignment: Copy Assignments popup, using M: Assignment: Copy Assignments, and go to {Between Molecule Chains}. Under ‘Options’, select “Source Chain:” and “Target Chain:”. The peak assignment transfer is based on each experiment and individual settings can be made for each experiment under |Operation|:
[Don’t Move] sets the selected experiments so that their assignments will be left unaltered.
[Move to Target] sets the selected experiments so that their assignments will be transferred entirely to the target chain.
[Duplicate] sets the selected experiments so that their assignments will be duplicated from the source to the target chains.
It is possible to copy assignments from a residue in the source chain to an optional or none residue in the target chain. This is done by setting the destination residue under |Destination|. When all settings are done, click [Copy Assignments!].
