Window

The Window menu allows the user clone and print spectrum windows, and to modify the attributes thereof.

Clone

Creates an identical copy, or clone, of the current window. The new window functions independently from the original window and can be customised using the Windows: Edit Windows popup.

Print

Opens the Windows: Print Window popup. This popup can be used to create output of spectrum windows in PostScript, Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) and Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Several style and geometry options are available.

Scrollbars

This command allows the user to toggle on and off the scrollbars on the sides of the spectrum window. Options are dependent on the dimensionality of the window:

Crosshair traces

This command allows the user to display 1-dimensional traces of the spectrum on the crosshair trace that follows the cursor. Crosshair trace options are:

The height of the spectrum traces can be set in the Windows: Edit Windows popup.

Add side traces

This command adds side traces to the spectrum window. Side traces display 1-dimensional X and Y traces of the multi-dimensional spectrum.

Within a side trace a right mouse click shows another window menu: Reference, which opens the Set spectrum referencing popup.

The size (or height) of the side trace can be set by modifying Slice size parameter in the Window menu (see below), or in the Windows: Edit Windows popup. The height of the spectrum traces can be set in the Windows: Edit Windows popup.

Remove side traces

Removes the side traces from the spectrum window.

Slice size

Sets the size (or height) of all the side traces to a single value. Options are:
