Navigate between windows

Instructions

To navigate from a cursor position in a spectrum window (source window) to the same position in another window (target window) that has one or more dimensions in common with the source window, do the following:

CcpNmr Analysis will now move the view in the target window to the positions corresponding to the cursor positions in the source window. In case the target window is not automatically raised, you can open the window through M: Window: "target window".

Example

Figure 1 below shows an example how to navigate from a 2D H-N window (with a 15N-HSQC displayed) to the corresponding 1H and 15N positions in a 3D H-C-N window using R: Navigate: 1H - 15N in HCN. 

Note: In this case we navigate from a peak that has been marked for convenience. It is important to understand that navigation is from a cursor position. If you want to navigate from a peak position, make sure that the cursor is exactly on the center of that peak when issuing the navigation command.

The result of navigating to the navigation positions in the 3D H-C-N window is shown in Figure 2, where the 1H and 15N frequencies are the same as the cursor position in the 2D H-N window:
