Create axis type

This popup allows the user to create a new axis type after setting the parameters. The axis type is created by pressing [Create].

Axis name

The name of the axis type.

Axis region

The region that the axis spans.

Measurement type

The measurement type of the axis type. Options are:

• • shift

  • temperature

  • time

which are set when creating a new axis type (see below).

Dimension is sampled

Specifies whether the dimension is sampled or not.

Decimal places

Specifies the number of decimals for the cursor location shown in the top of the spectrum window.

Peak size

The peak size specifies the size of the peaks in ppm if in the Peaks: Draw Parameters popup {Draw Size} tab "uniform in ppm" is selected.

Allowed axis units

The allowed units for the axis type. The options depend on the units defined in the {Axis Units} tab of Windows: Axes.

Create

Creates the new axis type.

Cancel

Closes the popup without creating an axis type.
