Highest scoring mappings

This popup shows the progress and results of a global spin system typing calculation started from the Resonance: Spin System Types popup. The progress is illustrated in several ways:

• • by the number of search steps completed

  • the globally best spin system to residue type mappings, which are  shown in the form of a sequence ensemble.

  • a continuously updated graph of the local residue typing scores for each spin system in the best scoring mapping so far. This graph shows how good a match is made between chemical shifts in a individual spin system and those in reference residue types.
