Structure viewer menu
The Structure viewer menu allows the user to reset the view, highlight the backbone, slowly rotate a structure and print a structure view to a file in the Structure: Structure Viewer popup.
Reset view
Reset view
Resets the view of the structure.
Backbone
Backbone
Allows the user to highlight the backbone or to reset the highlighted backbone to normal view. a highlighted backbone is shown with extra thickness for the backbone bonds.
Spin
Spin
This option can be used to slowly rotate the structure. The rotation stops when the mouse cursor leaves the strucFrame panel in the Structure: Structure Viewer popup, or when a mouse button is clicked.
Print to file
Print to file
Opens the Print Structure popup, which allows the user to print the view the current structure to a PostScript or PDF file.
