Displays the version of Analysis that is currently in use.

About

Displays the some basic information about Analysis.

Opens the analysis release documentation (wiki or inside analysis???)

General Options

Opens the {Main Profiles} tab of the Edit Analysis Profiles popup. Profiles can be used to customise Analysis by changing a variety of global settings, such as window background colors, keyboard short cuts and others.

Colour Schemes

Opens the {Colour Schemes} tab of the Edit Analysis Profiles popup. This allows the creation of colour schemes which contain multiple (possibly repeating) colours that can be applied to spectrum contours, window marks etcetera.

Fonts

Allows the user to specify which font to use globally. This affects menus and most widget text within the popups (labels, buttons etc.), but does not alter tables.

The user can choose from the following fonts:

• • Courier

  • Helvetica

  • Lucida

  • System

  • Times

with font sizes 8pt, 10pt, 12pt in the styles normal and bold.

Format Converter

Opens the CcpNmr FormatConverter application. The FormatConverter allows the user to import data from a large variety of NMR formats into a CCPN project, and in turn from the CCPN project export data into any other NMR format.
