This popup allows the user to view specific information about the residues in the molecules in the project. It displays the residues of a selected type in the sequence, and shows the molecular structure in a structure viewer panel.

Molecule

Specifies the molecule of which the residues are displayed.

Ccp Code

Specifies the residue type (in Ccp Code convention) of the residues that are displayed.

Residue Information

The table lists all the residues of the selected residue type in the selected molecule, and its neighbouring residues in case of a polymer:

  • i+1

Residues that are partly or completely assigned are highlighted in light blue.

Atom Information

This frame shows the selected residue in a structure viewer. Assignments can be displayed for each atom using the Show Assignments option.

Show Assignments

Specifies whether to show the assignments on the residue that is displayed in the frame.

Print

Prints the current view of the structure using the Print Structure popup.
