ADIT-NMR

Starting

After your AutoDep submission has been successfully curated, you will be emailed a restart ID at the BMRB for an ADIT-NMR submission.  This restart ID and associated link will take you to a web page at the BMRB with an ADIT-NMR submission largely filled out [more info?].  As some fields are different between AutoDep and ADIT-NMR, there may still be some additional fields to complete in ADIT-NMR - the best way to avoid this extra work is to complete everything in CcpNmr ECI, and then you will have very little editing to do in ADIT-NMR.

If you finished your initial deposition in ECI with all mandatory items and associated fields being turned to green on the Main tab, then there shouldn't be any mandatory fields left to fill out on your ADIT-NMR submission.  Of course, if you still wish to add or update any more information at this stage in any of the pages, you are free to do so.

Navigation in ADIT-NMR

ADIT-NMR.

This figure shows how to navigate in ADIT-NMR.  If you have a complete CCPN project from ECI, you will need to do very little editing on this page.

The way that the pages work in ADIT-NMR is that there is a frame on the left that allows you to navigate between different deposition pages.  If all the mandatory fields (which are shown with red text) in a particular page have been completed sufficiently, then there is a green tick next to that page, otherwise the page will be accompanied by a red exclamation mark (!).  The first four of the following sections will always be selected alongside the other data sections: Entry_information, Citations, Molecular_assembly, Experimental_descriptions, NMR_parameters, Kinetic_data and Thermodynamic_data.  In each of these sections, there is a hierarchy of pages that can be navigated using the '+' and '-' buttons to show more or less of this hierarchy.

Editing fields

If a page is indicated as being incomplete by a red ! sign, go to that page by selecting it in the left frame and incomplete fields will be marked with red *'s, whilst completed fields are shown with a green tick next to them.  Once all pages have been completed and marked with green ticks then you can finish your submission by clicking on the "Deposit To BMRB" link in the top frame.  For more information about filling in the ADIT-NMR pages, please refer to the relevant documentation.  There are help links marked with a "?" button next to all the fields, which indicate what that field means with an example of how to fill it in.
