This popup shows the list of the peaks that were matched in a spectrum or set of active spectra based on a reference peak using the [Match peaks] in the windows Peak menu. Peaks groups from this list can be selected, marked and displayed in strips.

The table shows all the matched peak group.
The table shows all the matched peak group.
Shows the rank of the peak group.
The matching score for the peak group. A higher score corresponds to a better match.
The number of peaks in the peak group.
The root assignment of the peak group.
Displays the position in the orthogonal dimensions of the matched peak dimension. For example, in case the F2 dimension of a 3D experiment was used for matching, F1 and F3 are displayed.
Removes the selected groups from the list.
Displays rulers for the selected peak groups.
Removes the rulers for the selected peak groups.
Displays the selected peak groups in the window specified by [Target window].
Specifies the spectrum window in which the strips and rulers are displayed for the selected peak groups.
