Windows

Using the Windows menu, new spectrum windows can be created, their settings edited and their contents printed.

New Window

Opens Windows: New Window, which allows the creation of new spectrum window with a given name and a choice of axes. The choice of other axes may replicate those of existing windows, but the name must be unique.

Edit Windows

Opens Windows: Edit Windows. Here the user can see the attributes of all, or just the active, spectrum windows. Attributes, such as

• • window names

  • window aspect ratios

  • spectrum and peak lists mappings

  • window groups

may be edited here.

Axes

Opens Windows: Axes. This popup allows the definition of new Axis Units, in addition to the existing ones (e.g. 'Hz', 'ppm' etcetera). In addition, new axis and panel types can be defined here. For advanced users.

Marks and Rulers

Opens the Windows: Marks and Rulers popup. This popup allows the user to set the colors and the maximum number of marks and rulers that can be displayed in the project.

Print Window

Opens the Windows: Print Window popup. This popup can be used to create output of spectrum windows in PostScript, Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) and Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Several style and geometry options are available.
