To change the ratio between the x and y axis of a spectrum window, set the aspect ratio using M: Window: Windows. This raises the Window: Window popup, where the aspect ratio is set under {Windows and Axes}. E.g. the default value “8.0” means the Y axis shows 8.0 units for every 1.0 unit on the X axis.
As an example, an aspect ratio of 10 gives:
