Artist Statement:

The subject of my images are multiple things around the school and around yards. These images show multiple subjects while using the same subject as well, for example, the lights are showing the same subject multiple times. The setting of my image is in my yard and at my school. The images were made by getting on the floor and pointing the camera upwards or getting somewhere high and pointing the camera downwards. I chose to create this image because it could show what life could look like from animals points of view.

I used grouping in my image by using multiple subjects and lights in my images I also obviously used angle up and down in my images. My project was first only thinking about angling the camera slightly down or slightly up, it evolved because I realized the photos had to be from a ant's or an eagle's point of view, the perspectives had to be extreme.

The meaning behind the images is showing how a animal sees the world. My project relates to my life because I have always been intrigued by these images and what they show. One thing I don't like about my images is the angle up images. I wish I were somewhere really high so it actually looked like a bird's point of view.
