Media and Information Literacy for
the Public Good

Global Media and Information Literacy Week is a worldwide commemoration led by UNESCO. This year marks 10 years since the seeds of Global Media and Information Literacy Week were planted, long before the exponential rise in disinformation, political polarisation, increasing influence of digital platforms and the COVID-19 pandemic.

In Malaysia, we at Media Education For All are excited to host a week-long celebration virtually in conjunction with the global celebration. Join us and take part in empowering ourselves and those around us with these important skills to be critical thinkers and smarter media users. You can make a difference.

All sessions will be held virtually, admission is free.
