Dumont / Pierre Dumont
Looks like a Malerne product, but looks to have Czech key work. Both keyed joints are stamped as Made in France. The register key is the type that has the bulb sticking out, rather than the tube that enters the bore. I would guess this was made in the late 1940s or early 1950s.

Intonation summary: This is quite good.
Key work quality: chrome over pot metal, but sturdy.
A/G# keys with 4 posts.
Malerne style upward sweeping first right hand pad cup and wide bridge key.
Note also the wide ring.
