This Bundy is virtually the same as the Selmer Signet. It shows no marking saying that it was made in Paris, so I think it, like the Signet, was made in the USA. This one is better than many Signets.
This instrument was restored for Kas, Jul2011.
Serial # 104098, marked only on the LH join
tBarrel: 66.4mm
Bore LH joint top: 15.0mm
Bore LH joint at bottom: 15.0mm
Intonation results taken when playing loud and not lipping. See how to interpret these results on the Model Comparison Page. For this test, I pulled 1mm at barrel.
Intonation summary: Fantastic for a wide bore clarinet.
Key work quality: The key work is a bit soft in the right pinkie area. I wouldn't recommend this for marching band. Note that the G# key looks just like the Signets.
This clarinet is most appropriate for: Anyone wanting to play classic jazz, or any player, even advanced.
