DRAFT Changes to Administrative Rules and Guidelines/Procedures

In accordance with the relevant shared governance administrative rule and guideline/procedure (AR 2.0800.01, Administrative Implementation of Board Policy and Board Delegated Areas, and G/P 2.0800.01.1, Creation, Modification, Rescission of Administrative Rules and Guidelines/Procedures), the ASC reviews proposed changes to Administrative Rules and Guidelines/Procedures and posts the draft changes for comments from employees.

7.0400.01 Use of College Facilities

7.0400.01.1 Use of Multiple-Occupancy Private Spaces Guideline/Procedure (New)

The amended AR and a new G/P were signed by the Chancellor on December 4, 2025 in order to comply with the implementation of SB 8. In accordance with G/P 2.0800.01.1, Section III. The draft proposals are now being posted for comments from employees.

3.0112.01 Grants

The proposed revisions clarify the distinction between public and private grants (defined by the funding source).
A clause has been added stating that the maximum allowable indirect rate will be applied.
The approval chain has been updated.
