On motion and vote, the minutes were approved as noted.

II     Review following Posting for Employee Comments

  A. 3.03.013, AR, Requests for Public Information

Brette Lea reviewed the comments received from employees. During discussion, additional minor suggestions were made by Council members. On motion and vote, the AR was approved to forward to the Chancellor for signature.

III   Proposed Drafts for Posting and Distribution

  A. 6.01.004, AR and G/P, Criminal History and Background Checks for Employment

Erica Breedlove presented the third reading of the draft proposal. Several suggestions were made by Council members. On motion and vote the AR and G/P were approved to be posted for employee comments. 

B. 6.05.007, AR and G/P, Employment Eligibility Verification

This item was deferred due to time constraints.
