A. Review of minutes, June 1, 2022

On motion, and vote, the minutes of the previous meeting were approved as noted.

B. Status of Administrative Rules under the ASC

Catherine briefed the Council on the status of ARs that have been reviewed this year and noted the ARs that are tentatively scheduled for review in FY23.

II. Review following Posting for Employee Comments

Azure Brown presented comments received from employees which resulted in minor changes to the documents. On motion, and vote, the documents were approved to send to the Chancellor for signature.

After discussion, on motion and vote, the Council approved the documents to be posted for employee comments.

B. 4.0503.02 Accrued Leave

After discussion, the Council determined that the drafts need further development before being posted for employee comments.
