A. Minutes of the previous meeting and updates - May 3, 2017

The minutes were approved as noted.

II Review following posting

A. 3.04.001 G/P ACC Employee Associations Guidelines and Procedures

The Council discussed comments submitted by employees and proposed some wording changes. Upon motion the Council voted and unanimously approved the document to be sent to the President's office for signature.

B. 6.09.009 G/P Accrued Leave Guidelines/Procedures

On motion, the Council voted and unanimously approved both the AR and the G/P to be sent to the President for signature.

III Proposed Drafts for Posting and Distribution

A. 6.09.005 Non-Accrued Paid Leave

After discussion the Council voted and unanimously approved the posting of both documents for employee comments.
