A. Review of minutes, April 5, 2023

On motion and vote, the minutes were approved as noted.

II. Review following Posting for Employee Comments

A. 4.0503.03.1 Non-Accrued Paid Leave Guideline/Procedure

Alisol Martinez presented comments received from employees which resulted in no substantive changes to the drafts. On motion and vote, the documents as posted were approved to send to the Chancellor for signature.

III. Proposed Drafts for Posting and Distribution

A. 4.0503.02 Accrued Leave

Alisol presented draft proposals. After discussion, it was agreed that Alisol would work with Don Becker and Jackie Burns to refine the drafts and present them for second reading at the next Council meeting.

B. 3.1200.01 Naming of Facilities/Public Recognition

3.1200.01.1 Naming of Facilities/Public Recognition (Guideline/Procedure)

Laura Lucas presented draft proposals. During discussion the Council suggested several amendments which were accepted by the developer. On motion and vote the drafts, as amended, were approved to post for employee comments.
