A. Review of minutes, November 2, 2022
On motion and vote, the minutes were approved as noted.
Regarding item III.A., Termination of Non-Faculty Employees, Charlene Buckley advised that the matter is under review by legal counsel.
II. Review following Posting for Employee Comments
A. 4.0901.01 Employee Freedom from Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation (AR and G/P)
Charlene briefed the Council on comments received from employees (and the responses provided) which did not necessitate additional changes. On motion and vote the documents were approved to send to the Chancellor for signature.
III. Proposed Drafts for Posting and Distribution
A. 4.0503.03.1 Non-Accrued Paid Leave G/P
This was presented by Neil and Alisol. ACC has increased the parental leave entitlement from 10 to 60 days and reduced the eligibility requirement from 12 months to 6. The Council discussed the potential impact to the College. On motion and vote the draft was approved to post for employee comments.
