On motion, and vote, the minutes were approved as noted.

II. Review following Posting for Employee Comments

There were no items posted for comments after the previous meeting. 

III Proposed Drafts for Posting and Distribution

A. 4.0501.06   Full-Time Faculty Placement and Advancement, AR

Dana Tucker, the developer of the proposal, attended the meeting to present the draft. The Council suggested a number of changes which were accepted by the developer. On motion and vote, the draft was approved to post for employee comments as modified. Prior to posting, the document will be shared with the ASAC for review and to allow the council to provide feedback.
