  A. Welcome new members and introductions 

Neil welcomed new and returning members to the Council for FY19. 

All members introduced themselves.

  B. Chair's opening remarks

Neil advised that the charge of the Council, membership and other information are on the ASC website.

Catherine provided an overview of the ASC website (external) and Google site (internal).

  C. FY19 Administrative Rule Work Plan

Neil advised that following the adoption of the TASB OnLine policy manual the reference to ACC Board Polices in each of our existing Administrative Rules needs to be updated. A plan for that process is under consideration.

A number of Administrative Rules that require more immediate attention have been identified. A work plan for the Council to address those documents over the course of FY19 will be distributed when available.
