Finalize Search Folder Access in Google Drive Shared Folder
1 Navigate to the Google Drive Search Folder
2 Click "Manage members"
3 Add "Alicia Harmon" if she is not already listed as a member.
4 Select the drop-down arrow and assign Alicia as "Manager"
5 Open the drop-down arrow for each additional member.
6 Select "Remove access"
7 Click "Save"
8 This step completes the search process and designates this folder as the official search folder.
