US Virgin Islands, also known by her human name of Audrey Katarina Washington, is a snarky and friendly individual who cares a lot about people. She cares deeply for her people and does not hold a strict view of nationality, as she exchanged hands across many colonies. She has a very close relationship with her neighbors from other nations (especially BVI) and will often spend just as much time on the British Virgin Islands as her own.

She can be very snarky and sarcastic, but she is a very lively personality who loves being around people. She is a good host and enjoys having people over. She rarely spends time in her house, spending much of her time wandering her islands, flying, or hanging out with other people. She is a free spirit and does not like bureaucracy or cities. 

USVI is also very good at making friends and finding it easy to talk to people. She is never in a rush to do much unless it is a significant crisis or concerns people she cares deeply about. She can be very relaxed in that regard, something that many of the other Americans find unsettling about her. 

USVI also reminisces on the past a lot, especially her relationship with former colonizers she had and what her relationship is. She holds many conflicting views on the countries that have owned her, as much were distant and let her grow as a person on her own, but yet still so oppressive to her at times.
