I will not do anything past 2020 for the history sections unless they were born after 2020, as many events are too recent. Website still incomplete.

Guam, also known by her human name of Tasi Chubasca Kameāloha Pangelinan-Washington, is a strong and fierce individual who is very action-orientated. She is not afraid to fight for what she believes in and believes that action is more important than telling someone your opinions.
Guam thinks it is very important to learn things from your elders, and she tries her best to be connected to her community and learn from them. Being a single island, Guam is very close to many of the people on her island, and many of the locals know her human face and name. However, Guam tries to avoid the military that controls much of her land, as they do not often take the best care of it, and she feels like she would be used by them if she joined.
Despite her aversion to the military, Guam knows how to fight, as she takes great joy in learning different martial arts and fighting styles from Oceania and Asia. They help Guam clear her head, and since World War Two, she's been afraid of being taken prisoner and has decided she will never be vulnerable again. Much of what she learns is from other personifications, and she prefers it that way, as Guam feels very awkward pretending to be human.

Guam is three foot twn in country form, five foot two in human form, and physically nineteen. She has black eyes and wavy black hair that falls to her boobs.
In country form, her face is her flag. The dark blue travels down the rest of her body, and the red from the border is present on her hands and feet.
In human form, Guam is always seen as Melanesian, 6.8 White-93.2 POC, based on the 2020 census (this is also a very loose definition, but I am trying to give you a good baseline for "mixed"). The largest ethnic groups are Chamorro, Filipino, and White.
