Age Scale Notes

• All of the given age scales are how old the personification is in the modern day. 

• If a colony, territory, or state becomes a country, they will, in the course of 2-5 years, catch up to the age they are supposed to be by the country scale.

• If the opposite happens, and a country/autonomous zone/indigenous person becomes a colony, territory, or state, they will stop aging physically until their bodies are at the age they are supposed to be by the state scale.

How to Calculate Age From Years Other Than Modern Day

Now, the age scales I have given are great, but they only account for how old a country is in the modern day. So, say you want to know how old the United States was in 1800. Well, that's a pretty easy calculation to make using the age scale.

Using the example mentioned before, let's calculate how old the United States would be in 1800. First, you have to know when he was born, which is 1585. 

Next, you subtract the birth year from the year you  are trying to find his age for, which is 1800 - 1585 = 215

Now, with that number, knowing he was 215 in 1800, we subtract that from the current year, which is 2024 - 215 = 1809

So, if we look at the chart, someone who is 215 in 2024 and being born in 1809, would make them physically 24. Therefore, we know that the United States would be 24 in 1800.
